OUR STORY/HISTORY
Like many success stories, ours began with humble roots.
Said, the founder of Deep Morocco Travel, was born into a Berber family in the Sahara Desert, living a simple yet rich cultural life. In 2007, after earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Meknes, he established Deep Morocco Tours, offering private cultural tours across Morocco with a commitment to exceptional service.
Over the years, Deep Morocco Tours gained recognition, earning awards, certificates of excellence, and high customer ratings. Said’s passion for travel and deep curiosity led him to London, where he earned a master’s degree in International Tourism Management. While there, he expanded his expertise in luxury travel through a collaboration with a bespoke travel company.
With this knowledge, Said set out to redefine high-end travel in Morocco. In the summer of 2019, Deep Morocco Travel was launched as the bespoke luxury travel brand of the Deep Morocco Tours group. This new venture revolutionised the industry, reshaping the concept of tailored travel experiences.

● We help to build much needed facilities such as toilets for local schools.
● We donate materials such as books, pens, sports equipment, and other supplies to village schools which in turn encourages students to continue their studies and not leave school at an early age.
● We support textile cooperatives for women so they can earn a living that would otherwise be unavailable to them.
● We work with local associations and councils to provide fresh tap water to homes in certain remote villages.
● We plant different trees in the desert, around villages and in the mountains to help slow down erosion and combat the problem of deforestation.
